Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

All reservations are made exclusively through the online system of the website, at least 24 hours before the desired date. Upon entering the system, you will be asked to select a valid date and indicate the number of persons. We would like to inform you that a deposit of €25* per person will be required which is deductible from your final bill and refundable in case of early cancellation of a reservation. In case of cancellation up to one day in advance or no-show the deposit is non-refundable. Your reservation is considered valid only upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail. In case you have made the deposit but have not received the confirmation e-mail, please contact us by phone.

Cancellation policy

The restaurant has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please note, that cancellations can be made via e-mail or by phone two (2) days prior to the reservation.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

Three days before the reservation date (48 hours): no charge

Less than 48 hours prior to booking:

In case of cancellation of the reservation (in full): €25 per person

In case of reduction in the number of persons booked: no charge


If you wish to transfer your reservation to a future date we will arrange for a change, subject to restaurant availability.
