Booking Policy

All reservations are made exclusively through the online system of the website, at least 24 hours before the desired date. Upon entering the system, you will be asked to select a valid date and indicate the number of persons. We would like to inform you that a deposit of €20* per person will be required which is deductible from your final bill and refundable in case of early cancellation of a reservation. In case of cancellation up to one day in advance or no-show the deposit is non-refundable. Your reservation is considered valid only upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail. In case you have made the deposit but have not received the confirmation e-mail, please contact us by phone.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly inform our esteemed guests that our restaurant operates under a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations may be made via email or telephone, no later than two (2) days prior to the date of the reservation.

Cancellation Terms & Charges

• Up to 72 hours prior to the reservation:
  No cancellation fees will apply.

• Within 48 hours of the reservation:

  • For full cancellations:
    A fee of €20 per guest will be charged.

  • For reductions in party size:
    No charge will apply.

Should you wish to reschedule your reservation for a future date, we would be pleased to assist you, subject to availability.
